My experience with coaching combined with my analytical and non-nonsense approach to Finance allows me to successfully translate the “language” of numbers to drive change into organizations. I like to de-mystify the world of finance to find the answers, establish effective internal controls, and create a less risky environment.

I am a certified Prosci Change Practitioner and believe change is constantly happening for everyone.

I believe in continuous change and the profound impact it can have in a company and its employees. While driving financial transformation in my career, I found a critical area overlooked, payroll and workforce management. I made it my mission to bring my Six Sigma and Lean training to this functional area as it has a profound impact on a company’s most valuable resource… its people!!!

My training, skills and experience in transformation allow me to assist companies ‘peel back the onion’ and identify root causes for inaccurate, untimely, and non-compliant payroll execution. I have implemented payroll and workforce management systems, transitioned entire global payrolls to managed services, integrated acquisitions, and setup shared service operations.
